Zelda’s goal is to share the knowledge and joy of wine. Connect beautiful stories to beautiful wines. After working in the restaurant business for 10 years, she wanted to share her passion and knowledge with the world. In this day and age, we can access the world in a heartbeat.
A platform that is dear to her is Instagram. Along with nice visuals, you can easily communicate a story or narrative. In 2018 Zelda started My Winelife, a community that connects wine lovers with the wine industry.
“So why is it so hard to be successful on Instagram? I get this question a lot. And, let’s be honest. Instagram isn’t easy…” Besides the fact that a lot of people create content daily (95 million posts per day!), you also have to understand Instagram’s changing algorithm.
For the last few years, Zelda has invested in her own wine community by creating valuable content and communicating the winemaker’s narrative in a bite-sized way. Wine is fun and accessible for everybody who likes to enjoy a glass of wine. This is a fact!
As a result of her work, people are more willing to buy the products she recommends and become loyal fans. This is without being pushy or fake.
