Casas del Bosque is a boutique estate located in Chile’s Casablanca Valley, established in 1993 by Juan Cuneo Solari. The family’s primary focus is on quality over quantity, offering guests a chance to enjoy their cool-climate wines alongside good food and company.

Casas del Bosque produces quality-focused white, rosé, red, sparkling, and sweet (late harvest) wines from cool climate sites. The estate’s 189 hectares produce Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Riesling, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. Vinification is restrained to preserve the natural characteristics of the wines.

Guests can enjoy three on-site restaurants, including Bo, named after the estate’s traditional method sparkling wine, and Tanino, offering a four-course tasting option or the more unorthodox ‘Atrévete’ menu. Picnic bags containing gourmet sandwiches and Reserve wine are available. Other activities include cycling tours, joining the harvest, and a winemaking experience.

The estate’s traditional white ‘adobe’ houses contrast with the sleek Casa Mirador pavilion, designed by the Matías Zegers Studio. The pavilion offers stunning views of the vineyards, pine forests, and Casablanca Valley beyond. The estate’s late-harvest Riesling is aged for a year in French oak for a beautiful structure and warm, toasty notes.
