Veronica Accossato is a 26 years-old sommelier and wine enthusiast from Piedmont, Italy. She graduated in linguistic mediation before starting the AIS (Italian Sommeliers Association), where she obtained the 2nd level. At that time Veronica was working at the Michelin starred restaurant Combal.Zero where she started her journey to the knowledge and understanding of the wine world.

Sometime later, Veronica moved to London where she worked in one of the best restaurants of the world: Le Gavroche, 2 Michelin stars (they just won the fine dining restaurant wine list of the year). There she tasted and studied the most amazing wines produced since now. She also took the WSET (Wine Spirit Education Trust) certifications obtaining the 2nd and 3rd levels with distinction and merit respectively.

Currently Veronica is working in Provence, France, for a luxury travel agency online. She loves to create content about beautiful destinations especially when they include a wine trip! At the same time, she collaborates with wineries through her Instagram page @thewinepassionate. On her social media, Veronica shares her experiences by presenting the wines she likes the most in a simple and accessible way.
