FSP Wine

Paris, France

FSP (French Spirit Production) is a distinguished French company that has been making its mark in the wine and spirits industry since its establishment in 2012. As part of the renowned French Spirit Group, FSP specializes in the production, wine-making, ageing, bottling, and distribution of exquisite wines and spirits. What sets FSP apart is its rich family heritage, dating back to the 18th century when their ancestors began as local wine producers in the Rhône Valley. With roots tracing back even further to the 13th century in Rhône and the 17th century in Burgundy and Franche-Comté, the family’s expertise has been passed down through generations.

While initially focusing on Rhône Valley wines, the family expanded its horizons and ventured into the wine-merchant business, introducing Champagne in the 1950s. Over time, they built a portfolio of wines in collaboration with esteemed partners from Burgundy, the Loire Valley, Bordeaux, and Languedoc. In the 1990s, French Spirit Group established a distribution office in Paris to support on-trade sales, and by the 2000s, their export business experienced significant growth. Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, French Spirit Group set up a branch office in China in 2008, which eventually became the group’s Asian headquarters, currently located in Shanghai.

FSP positions itself as a competitive player in the market, striking the perfect balance between price and innovation, while never compromising on quality, packaging, and branding. Their ultimate target is to deliver a flawlessly branded product within realistic production timelines while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental sustainability throughout the production process.

FSP’s extensive vineyard holdings of around 100 hectares span across prestigious regions such as the Rhône Valley (Côtes du Rhône, Ventoux, Luberon, Costières de Nîmes, Grignan-Les-Adhémar), Burgundy (Côtes de Nuits, Côtes de Beaune, and Coteaux Bourguignons), the Loire, and Languedoc. As proponents of sustainable wine production, FSP strives to implement environmentally friendly practices at every stage of winemaking and prioritizes organic wines over conventional alternatives. They curate an exclusive selection of the finest wines and spirits from various appellations, with the guidance of their expert oenologists and wine-maker advisors.

With state-of-the-art facilities, FSP ensures the maturation of their wines in modern vats and barrels. They also meticulously age and finish their whiskies in carefully selected oak casks, including Bourbon, Sherry, Madeira, Jerez, Port, and custom-made special casks. FSP’s commitment to quality is further exemplified in their bottling process, which employs cutting-edge equipment and stringent quality control measures.
