Established in 1974 by a couple with a passion for French wine and style, Jordan Vineyard and Winery is now a deluxe hillside retreat that combines artisanal food with a contemporary chateau feel. Guests signed up to the loyalty program can enjoy antique touches in the three suites, with the premium Vendange Suite featuring a palatial free-standing bath and views of the vineyards and the tank room’s oak casks.
Despite covering a vast 485 hectares, only just under 50 hectares of the estate is planted to vines, allowing the rest to grow wild to support the natural flora and fauna. The estate is certified sustainable, and its electricity is fully carbon-neutral thanks to its commitment to solar power.
