Paolo takes charge of vineyard care, ensuring the grapes receive utmost attention, while Gianni manages accounting and liaises with foreign clients. Located at the foot of the Prealpi Trevigiane, the village of Saccol in Valdobbiadene unveils itself amidst meticulously tended vineyards. It is here, caressed by the wind and kissed by the sun, that the winery sources its grapes. When autumn arrives and the grapes ripen to perfection, the harvest commences—an intense and vibrant period that aims to achieve nothing less than excellence. Within their portfolio, the winery crafts three types of wine: still, semi-sparkling, and sparkling, catering to a diverse range of palates. However, their most prized gem is the wine originating from the renowned Cartizze locality—an exquisite 106-hectare patch of land nestled between Santo Stefano, San Pietro di Barbozza, and Saccol of Valdobbiadene. This esteemed “Superiore di Cartizze” owes its excellence to the unique sun exposure and soil composition of this coveted “cru.” Its unrivaled quality has earned it numerous accolades, including the prestigious Decanter Silver World Wine Awards and the Catavinum World Wine and Spirits Competition, both recognizing its outstanding craftsmanship.
