The winery recently embraced a new challenge in the Piedmont region—the Antico Podere del “Sant’Uffizio.” Surrounded by the enchanting beauty of Asti and Monferrato’s hills, this land encompasses approximately five hectares of loam, clay, and carbonate soil, ideally suited for Barbera, Merlot and Chardonnay production. Moreover, the winery also manages approximately 12 hectares of vineyards in Tuscany, cultivating an assortment of varietals including Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Moscato, Merlot, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Situated between 300 and 350 meters in altitude, the vineyards in the the Cru Ginestra benefit from favorable southern and southeastern exposures. Combined with meticulous climate monitoring and abundant sunlight, these factors enable the early maturation of phenolic compounds, resulting in exceptional wines.
