Despite graduating in English literature, his fascination with wines led him to the United Kingdom in 1999 to delve deeper into the sophistication of this timeless craft.

His journey took him through various roles, from working with esteemed establishments like D&D London and Hakkasan worldwide to honing his skills as Head of Trade for Oeno, where he delved into the art of on-trade magic. Olivier Gasselin’s journey in the world of wines continued to evolve as he now takes on the role of Founder Producer Ambassador at Hatch Mansfield, a testament to his expertise and dedication.
