Marco Boldrini is a 34 years old Italian entrepreneur, sommelier, wine lover and advisor. He owns two famous restaurants in Amsterdam and one In Italy. His work, network and passion for wine connected him to the most famous wine producers in the world. Today he also works as wine advisor for American and Japanese companies, organizing special wine tasting events with the rarest bottles and wine tours in the most exclusive estates in Italy and in the world.

Marco comes from a dynasty of hoteliers and restaurateurs and therefore it is no coincidence that his great passions are food, wine and hospitality. His life is a fascinating mix of experiences: a strong educational background (Degree in Economics Marketing and Finance at the prestigious LUISS university in Rome ) sport achievements (swimming for the Italian Championships) and extensive travels all over the world.

He grew up in the “Lillotatini” family restaurant in Panicale (one of the most prestigious restaurants of Umbria), where he carefully followed the advice of his mother and subsequently became a sommelier. In February 2016 he opened his own restaurant in Amsterdam “La Maschera del Lillotatini” serving typically Umbrian and Tuscan dishes and which was classified in 2018 among the top 10 Italian restaurants in the Netherlands. In December 2019 he opened his second restaurant in Amsterdam, ‘Momenti-Italian Cuisine’. After few months Momenti is already an absolute reference for all the Dutch and international Italian food lovers in the city.

The famous Dutch magazine ‘Het Parool’ wrote a great article about Marco’s restaurant. The synthesis of this background strongly brings him to share his know-how and his great passions that have become his job today: Promoter, Advisor and International trainer for entrepreneurs in the restaurant and oenology sector. His wine courses are very popular and their success is also linked to his teaching technique, where his experiences and stories always fascinate the participants.
