Designed for small productions, their winery focuses on crafting wines in limited quantities. They possess fermentation tanks of 100 hectoliters, concrete oval fermenters, and French oak foudres, enabling them to generate fermentations under precise control. Their philosophy revolves around the discretionary use of wood, allowing oak to harmonize with the aromatic expression and body of their wines. When it comes to aging, they rely on French oak barrels ranging from 2000 to 3000 liters, as well as barrels of 500 and 600 liters. To enrich your experience, they offer the opportunity to stay in their historic mansion from 1931, which was designated a Historical-Cultural Heritage of the Argentine Viticulture in 2008.
