According to regulations, non-vintage champagnes undergo a minimum of 15 months of aging on lees, while vintage champagnes require 36 months. However, Beaumont des Crayères Champagne surpasses these requirements, aging their non-vintages for 2 to 4 years, vintages for 5 years, and their prestige cuvées for an astonishing 10 years.
