Gilbert Bages is a wine photographer and a former viticulturist from the Penedes wine region.He is also the face behind @drinkinmoderation – one of the most popular wine blogs on the Instagram with over 131K followers. Gilbert has graduated from the plastic arts and design school of Barcelona – Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny Serra i Abela where he mastered his creativity and artistic sense.
Gilbert refers himself as a Wine lifestyle photographer, who travels around the best wine regions in the world. His is WSET certified and he is actively collaborating with wineries, to show the wine world to his followers. In 2021 he won the third place as the Errázuriz Wine Photographer of the Year – People, 2021. Currently, Gilbert continues to travel around wine regions and wine countries, reflecting his experience in stunning photographs that are telling the story of wine.
