Gaioz Sopromadze Wine Cellar is a small family winery located in the small town of Baghdati in the Imereti viticulture region. Built in 1914 by Gaioz’s grandfather, the winery produces natural wine with organic processes and local grape varietals. Gaioz Sopromadze Cellar produces up to 2000 bottles annually. They are a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Gaioz Sopromadze Wine Cellar is located in the historic Imereti region, in the west of Georgia. The winery sits beside the flowing Khanistskali River in the mountains, just 220 kilometers from Georgia’s capital Tbilisi.
