Frederik Mintz is on a journey experiencing the wonders of the grapes. A love affair that started with exploring the Champagnes of France – and with curiosity for Sparkling wines in general. It’s not education, it’s not work – but pure dedication and love for champagne.

As a champagne influencer, Frederik loves to spread the tasting impressions with the hope to inspire everybody to be a little bit bolder experiencing the bubbling delight. Frederik tries to bring the taste of bubbles from just caviar to something natural that can be enjoyed also with a simple and good meal with friends or family.

On this Champagne journey, it becomes natural to explore also the world of white wines. Traditional Chardonnay, the fantastic Pinot Grigio to new wine countries with lesser known grapes – Hungary, Greece and even from his home country, Denmark.

Frederik loves to share his wine experiences as a dedicated amateur as he proudly says he always seeks new experiences while traveling, visiting wineries or simply the local wine shops.

Frederik resides in Copenhagen, Denmark. Denmark doesn’t have a 100 years of history of winemaking. But the facts show that Danes do have over 1.000 wine farmers and several commercial wineries – some Danish wines are even described in the Michelin Guide star restaurants.
