In 1975 the winery Ettore Germano was founded and the vinification and bottling became more consistent and the fist small trade of a few hectoliters was sold to private customers and friends. The story of the Germano family is of 4 generations of men in love with their vineyards.

Barolo hills, the family land area has gradually tripled over time, reaching today 10 hectares in Serralunga d’Alba and 9 hectares in Cigliè located in the Alta Langa.

Their cultivation criterion starts from respect for man and the environment in which he lives. They follow the organic farming protocol with limited use of pesticides and no herbicides. The fertilizations are exclusively based on manure and microelements of biological origin. Furthermore, they practice green manure with legumes and crucifers in alternate rows to keep the soil soft and airy and bring additional organic substance.
