Founded by three friends with an engineering background, dVine has revolutionized the wine industry by creating a device that ensures every glass of wine is enjoyed in optimal tasting conditions.

During an oenological excursion, the founders of dVine pondered how they could enjoy a glass of wine with the same quality as when served by a sommelier in a renowned restaurant. This sparked the idea and led to the creation of dVine. The primary objective was to showcase the work of partner winegrowers and ensure that each glass of their wine is savored in perfect tasting conditions.
The dVine wine list, curated by oenologist Béatrice Dominé, boasts an impressive collection of great vintages and a delightful range of wines produced through eco-friendly and fair-trade approaches. The selection, approved by Laurent Derhé, a “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in the Sommelier category, represents the wide diversity of winegrowing terroirs. Customers can indulge in a glass of Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Domaine Muzard Lucien & Fils, a Côte Rôtie Domaine Pichat, or perhaps a Pessac-Leognan Château Carbonnieux. Each wine is carefully chosen to highlight the craftsmanship and passion of the partner winegrowers.

At the core of dVine’s philosophy is a commitment to eco-friendly practices. All partner winegrowers embrace responsible cultivation techniques, with 43% using sustainable winegrowing approaches and 50% employing organic or biodynamic methods.
Each wine in the collection is accompanied by detailed information about the winegrower’s background, a description of the wine’s aromatic content, and serving advice. This allows customers and staff to enhance their knowledge of the world of wine and appreciate the efforts behind each bottle.
