With more than 50 hectares, 14 of which are vineyards, mostly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Pinto Bandeira terroir is one of the best in Brazil for the cultivation of these grapes, which become excellent base wines for sparkling wine. In addition to these two varieties, the property has vineyards in Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Ancelotta, and a historic vineyard of the Isabel grape, established in 1955.
The cellar has been transformed into a wine cellar, where wines have been kept since the 1990 harvest. Currently, the Don Giovanni Winery has 5 tastings, some held inside the basement, a place full of history. In addition to the tasting experiences, the winery has gastronomic experiences at the Nature Vinho e Gastronomia Restaurant, led by Chef Rafael Jacobi.
