Founded in 1992, DeLille Cellars stands as a revered producer in the Washington State wine scene. With a dedicated focus on the prestigious Red Mountain AVA and other esteemed sites within the Columbia Valley, the winery has played a pivotal role in establishing the viticultural reputation of the state. Notably, DeLille Cellars was among the first five wineries in Washington to achieve a 5-star rating for excellence from Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate. Their commitment to quality has earned them a place in the esteemed Wines and Spirits Magazine Top 100 Wineries of the World list on five occasions.

The winery boasts an impressive portfolio of over 20 internationally-distributed wines. Among them, the flagship wine, Four Flags, takes center stage. This varietal Cabernet Sauvignon is carefully sourced from the finest plots on Red Mountain including DeLille Cellars’ own vineyards, Grand Ciel. After spending 20 months aging in 100-percent new French oak barrels, the wine is bottled, capturing the essence of its origin.
DeLille Cellars offers a range of notable wines, including the Chaleur Blanc and the D2, a captivating blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The white wine collection encompasses Roussane, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and a selection of thoughtfully crafted blends.

Grapes for these exceptional wines are sourced from a combination of estate vineyards and contracted sites across the Yakima Valley and Red Mountain AVAs. These vineyards include Harrison Hill, Grand Ciel, Klipsun, Boushey, Ciel du Cheval, Red Willow, Upchurch, and Stillwater Creek. Notably, DeLille Cellars has maintained rights to the Harrison Hill vineyard since 1994, which now falls within the Snipes Mountain AVA.
This unique region boasts distinctive topography, high elevations, and soils that differentiate it from the rest of the Yakima Valley AVA. The historic Harrison Hill vineyard, planted with Cabernet Sauvignon in 1962, proudly hosts the second oldest Cabernet Sauvignon vines in Washington State.

In 2019, DeLille Cellars relocated its winery operations to the former Old Redhook Brewery in Woodinville. The state-of-the-art facility now features a three-story tasting center and a restaurant, providing visitors with an immersive experience.
