Since the 1900s, the grapevines of Château Les Valentines have graced the sun-kissed soils of Mediterranean Provence. Initially, the harvests found their way to the local cooperative winery. However, in 1997, the Pons-Massenot family took over the estate and transformed it into Château Les Valentines, a name derived from the fusion of their two children’s names, Valentin and Clémentine.
Over the past two decades, an enthusiastic team, united by their love for the terroir, grapevines, and wine, has cultivated this piece of heaven in the heart of Mediterranean Provence. Their dedication has transformed the region into a celebrated wine destination.

At Château Les Valentines, a remarkable variety of nine different grape varieties thrive. Grenache, syrah, cinsault, mourvèdre, cabernet-sauvignon, carignan, rolle, clairette, and ugni blanc paint a vibrant tapestry of flavors and aromas in the vineyards.
With a production that boasts 75% rosé wines, 15% red wines, and 10% white wines, Château Les Valentines offers a diverse range of expressions. Each year, the winery endeavors to craft consistent and balanced wines that pay homage to the spicy and minerally terroir of the Mediterranean.
