Meursault, France

Château de Meursault is located on the prestigious Meursault appellation, international reference of great white wines. With over 1000 years of history, Château follows an approach of excellence in respect of nature, the environment and the climates.

Located in the heart of Côte de Beaune, the Estate owns splendid plots of Meursault, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, Beaune and Corton’s hill. The Château, the conservatory, the former winery, the outbuildings, the dovecote, the park and the orchard spread over 10 hectares all together, now focused on biodiversity and sustainable development.

Château de Meursault, one of the largest estates in Burgundy, produces as many red wines as white wines, made respectively from the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The 35 appellations including 18 Premiers Crus and 4 Grands Crus all come from their own vines in organic conversion.

Château de Meursault offers an exceptional atmosphere to discover the heritage and wines from Burgundy with its park conducted in agroecology and its 8-hectare vineyard. Château organizes daily tastings by reservation with a guided visit of its cellars from the 12th to the 18th centuries.
