For more than 200 years, the Bianchi family has dedicated their lives to producing exceptional wines, honoring tradition and the unique terroir of their native Piedmont region. Their philosophy revolves around extracting the utmost quality and pleasure from their grapes, a legacy that has been passed down through eight generations.
With over 150 years of experience in the world of wine, the Casa Vinicola Barbero was established in 1866 by Michele. He took the bold step of producing wines using local grape varieties such as Dolcetto, Barbera, and Nebbiolo, capitalizing on the region’s rich viticultural heritage. Two generations followed in his footsteps until Piero and his son Enrico embraced the challenge of propelling the company forward while remaining true to the traditional production techniques passed down through their family.
