The Widmer family’s involvement extends beyond Barbara’s expertise in oenology. Andreas, an entrepreneur and former marketeer, supports the winery with communication and digital strategy, while Michael, a lawyer and financial specialist, provides invaluable assistance with financial and legal matters. The third generation has also embraced the family business, with Barbara’s daughter Nina actively contributing to Brancaia’s social media activities and her son Nicolas frequently lending a hand in the Osteria’s kitchen. Additionally, Mara, Andreas’ daughter, supports the marketing efforts of the vinotheque in Zurich alongside her studies.
