Located in Atibaia, the first cultivated area surrounded their historic 17th-century house in Smar Jbeil, which was beautifully converted into a cellar in 2007. With its rich mineral content, the profound soil spans over one hectare, while the Jran plot boasts a dozen winding terraces that bask in the North East exposure, allowing for abundant morning sunshine.

In contrast, the Mrah el zeyet vineyard features gravelly soil that is shielded from the coastal breeze and humidity, making it the coolest among their three vineyards.
