Acquisition of Methven Family Vineyards

In 2022 Domaine Drouhin Oregon has expanded its footprint in Willamette Valley’s Eola-Amity Hills AVA through the acquisition of Methven Family Vineyards. The deal involves the purchase of a winery facility, visitor space, and around 85 acres, which includes 30 acres of LIVE-certified sustainable vineyards planted with Chardonnay, Gamay Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Riesling. Despite the change of ownership, the Methven family will retain their brand and continue operation of their downtown Dundee tasting room. The newly acquired vineyard fits well with their existing holdings and will help drive future plans in the region.
